The Performance Medicine Institute is located at the Osborn Plaza Building, at the southwest corner of Osborn and 2nd St. There is a drop off area and entrance in front of the building, or you can park in our garage where there is ample parking.
Oversized vehicles can park along Lexington Ave or 2nd St.
From the garage or drop off area, you can enter the building and take the elevators to the fourth floor. We are located in Suite 401.
Our facility is handicap accessible.
